We believe great hair starts long before you sit in the chair. Every new guest experience begins with a short consultation form -- a few thoughtful questions about your hair's history, its health, and where you'd like to go with it. It takes about five minutes, and it means your first appointment is designed around you before you ever walk in.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Step I -- Share your story.
Fill out the new guest form. Tell us about your hair's history, your goals, and the services you're curious about. No detail is too small.
Step II -- Hear from us within 48 hours.
A member of our team will reach out to schedule your first visit and answer any questions before you book.
If you need to get in touch with us during off-hours, including evenings, Sundays, or Mondays, please email us at info@ashandwillowhairco.com to ensure we see your message. We are not typically available by phone during off-hours.
Step III -- Settle in.
Plan to arrive about 15 minutes early -- enough time to find our building, park without stress, and take a breathe before we begin.
Step IV -- Consult, then create.
Before we touch a single strand, we'll sit down together to talk through the plan, the process, and what's realistic for your hair's health. Then we get to work -- and you get to relax. Enjoy the Wi-Fi, a warm drink, and a quiet corner of your day that belongs entirely to you.

Come as you are. Photos of your hair inspiration are welcome -- and so are photos of what you don't want.

Honest timelines. Some transformations happen in one visit; others are a journey. We'll always tell you which is which.
