Your first experience at Ash + Willow Hair Co will start by filling out a new client consultation form. It will ask you questions about your hair history, hair goals and what services you are interested in. Once it is filled out, we will reach out to you within 48 hours to set up your first appointment through our online booking system.

The day of your appointment, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to give yourself enough time to find our building and find parking.

We will have another thorough consultation before we get started on the day of and discuss more about the process to achieve your hair goal.
