Your experience will begin by filling out the new hair extension guest form. Once submitted, we will contact you within 72 hrs via email. We will have a thorough consultation to determine length, quantity and color via email or if preferred we can do an in person or virtual consultation. If hand tied extensions are a fit for you, we will set up your first installation appointment, the non-refundable 50% retainer fee will be due at this time to hold your appointment.
What to expect after your first appointment....
Before you leave, you will prebook your move up appointment. Hand tied extensions needs to be moved up every 6-8 weeks. You will be sent home with a small kit to help maintain your new extension hair. Please see our Hair Extension Care Guide to help you maintain your extensions at home. The extensions should be replaced every 8-10 months.
